Moving Day(s)!

Well today is the big day! Dad drove me to San Francisco and help get the bags checked, then it was off through security, waiting at the gate as I write this.
It'll be almost 11 hours to Amsterdam, 1.5 hours in Amsterdam, and then a final hour flight to Glasgow to arrive tomorrow morning (UK time, about 2am Pacific time 😬). Luckily, I'll have two weeks of quarantining to catch up on sleep and get over the jet lag once I'm there! One thing I'll definitely be grateful for over there is clean air, however I'm also going to miss actually seeing the sun.
I'm not sure if I'll be without internet connection at my place in Glasgow or for how long, but I'll be sure to update you once I do! Stay safe everyone!
Oh, Caitlin, rest assured you WILL see the sun. It won't be often, but when it does appear it is absolutely glorious! In the summer it was STILL light at 10 p.m., and no doubt later in Glasgow. And the winter nights are loonng. But it just become second nature.
